Clayton Johnson

Clayton serves as Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Services team in Dallas, Texas. Clayton focuses on project leasing, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition services in the Northwest Dallas and DFW Airport submarkets. Clayton currently supports the leasing efforts on approximately 5,000,000 sf of institutional grade industrial product in the DFW market. Since June of 2020, Clayton has negotiated over 4.5M sf of lease and sale transactions valued at more than $250,000,000.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Clayton served as Senior Vice President with Transwestern’s Industrial Services group in Dallas.
